Ayesha is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a Master’s degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology, dedicated to supporting children on their communication journey. With 5+ years of experience in pediatric care, she has worked across a wide spectrum of speech, language, and communication needs, including receptive and expressive language delays, articulation and fluency disorders. She has also worked extensively with neuro developmental conditions such as ASD, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, and genetic conditions like Down syndrome. Her assessment framework is thorough yet child friendly, combining structured parent child interviews, standardized test materials, and mindful behavioral observations to understand the child beyond the checklist. In therapy, she creates plans tailored to each child’s age, diagnosis, and level of severity . Her sessions are evidence based, child-centered, and supportive, with strong parent involvement. She strives to nurture communication that lasts natural, confident, meaningful and visible well beyond the therapy space. She has voluntarily worked at various setups such as JSS Hospital Mysore, Learning disability school, Karunamayi special school, Sahana special school, Sneha kiran for spastic society and JSS Polytechnic college for differently abled.
